The service was just great and my service advisor did a wonderful job. This is my third new Buick and this dealer so far is the best to date. This dealer is the furthest from my home and worth the drive. I didn't fill like I was a number and all that they cared about was their rating with GM.
I brought my car in with this rumble that I have been having for years that has gotten worse and they tell me it's my wheel bearings. This is the second time I have replace wheel bearing. I told them it sounds like it come from the drive train or transmission because of the jerking I get now and then. I spent 1300$ on wheel bearings and idler arms they told me that was where the noise was coming from. I took my car home and the noise was still there so I took it back the next day and now they tell me it was the drive train and transmission. For 2800 $ they can fix it. If they would of told me this in the first place I would of spent the 1300$ in the first place.
The temperature reading inside the car that displays the outside temperature continues to freeze and report the wrong outside temperature. This is the second time I have brought the car in for this item. The temperature problem happens occasionally and will last maybe for 3 or 4 hours. Grand Buick's service department indicates their is not problem as when I get it to the dealership is works fine. The other items have been corrected completely to my satisfaction. Otherwise I would have given the dealership a 5 star.
I did not get the items fixed I needed. But in discussing the problems with the service advisor that helped me, Terrance, they want the car back so they can determine and fix the problems. Grand Buick promised to provide me with a car loaner and so right now I would highly recommend this dealer because of the outstanding care for my new Buick. Once the car is fixed I would rate item 1 as a 5 and will continue to drive over 40 miles for service and warranty work.
