My intelligence was insulted by the dealer on this visit. I left my truck for 10 days for all my issues to be repaired. Multiple issues were not addressed the way I expected. I showed the service advisor the brake pedal noise I was having a creak when pedal was pressed/released slowly. When I picked up the truck I see the repair order says normal brake switch noise. A squeak/creak from the pedal is not normal brake switch noise. The problem is not intermittent and happens all the time. The door panel leather split and was told on the repair order that was not warranty. Advisor did not advise me of why that decision was made. I felt I was blown off because of multiple warranty issues on same visit and no real effort was made.
Not very customer oriented when I checked in. They seemed stressed and not eager to help. I don't mind paying a little more as long as the service is awesome! I did not get that experience. I also paid for a tire rotation but I do not believe it was done. I believe this because I have had a slow air leak on my right rear tire and today I got a warning of low tire pressure in my right rear tire. Kind of suspicious to me.
3rd. time in shop for same 2 problem's, Got lame excuse both time's but no fix
How do you say Lemon Law???
Tim Bottom's is trying to make it right. Sent request to Detroit for trade, No response yet!
Finally was able to convince GM to install a new transmission in my car vs a rebuilt one. Ended up being very pleased with the manner in which I was treated by Terrance Jones (Service Adviser) of Grand Buick/GMC. Gave me everything I needed and also Jim Kern was instrumental in getting my car fixed in proper time.
